  • All prices are displayed in EUR or RON, as applicable, and do not include shipping costs unless explicitly stated.

  • Shipping costs are calculated separately based on product weight, order value, and destination and are shown before order confirmation.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

7. Inspection and Acceptance

Upon delivery, customers are required to:

  • Inspect products immediately

  • Report visible damage or missing items within 48 hours

Failure to report issues within this timeframe may be considered acceptance of the goods.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

8.1 Business Customers (B2B)

For business customers, returns are accepted only if explicitly agreed in writing. Custom-made or special-order products are generally non-returnable.

8.2 Consumers (if applicable)

Where EU consumer protection laws apply, consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days, except for products exempt by law.

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

9. Warranty and Liability

  • Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable.
